Order processing times

After your order is placed, it can take up to 5 days for us to make your product(s) before they ship. We maintain some stock on specific products, but many of our products are made to order.

Free shipping & shipping costs

All orders in North America of $100 CAD or more qualify for free shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout. For all lesser order values, shipping is automatically calculated for your selected products based on your region. Any applicable taxes & duties shall be payable by the buyer upon receiving the package. 

Shipping costs for returns 

In the case of a return, the original shipping cost from your order will not be refunded. In addition, buyers are responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
