Refund policy
We gladly accept returns or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with any product(s) you have received, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product and we will issue you a return, send a replacement, or give you a full refund on the value of the items purchased. In the case of a return, the original shipping cost from your order will not be refunded. In addition, buyers are responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
If the customer is located outside of Canada, it is the customer's responsibility to purchase a return shipping label to send the parts back to us. Since we are located in Canada, we can only offer to purchase return shipping labels on the customer's behalf for sales within Canada. This is applicable for customer remorse (if you mistakenly purchased the product or ordered the wrong product) or in any other case that you would like to return the parts for a refund.
