Order processing times

After your order is placed, it can take up to 5 days for us to make your product(s) before they ship. We maintain some stock on specific products, but many of our products are made to order.

Free shipping & shipping costs

All orders over 80€+ qualify for free shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout. For all lesser order values, shipping is automatically calculated for your selected products based on your region. Any applicable taxes & duties shall be payable by the buyer upon receiving the package. 

USA Tariffs

The current Tariffs between USA and Germany apply to all of our products. We pay this tariff on our side, so all customers in the USA can shop with the comfort of knowing that they will not need to pay any tariffs upon receiving their package. 

Duties & Clearance Fees

All applicable duties or clearance fees levied by the customer's destination country (outside of the European Union) must be paid by the customer upon receiving the product(s) and are additional to what is paid at checkout.

Our products are currently all manufactured and shipped from Germany. As a German registered business, we are obliged to collect and remit 19% VAT on all orders that will be delivered within the European Union (EU). Prices are dynamically adjusted for customers within the EU to include the VAT. All customers not located in the EU may have to pay local tax upon receiving their package, we do not collect this at checkout.

Shipping costs for returns 

In the case of a return, the original shipping cost from your order will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please see our Return Policy.
